摘 要: 为筛选防治稻纵卷叶螟的高效、低毒、低残留杀虫剂,在南昌用阿维菌素及其复配药剂进行了田间药效试验。试验结果表明,37%阿维菌素·丙溴磷乳油(卡蒙,含2%阿维菌素和35%丙溴磷)和2%阿维菌素乳油对稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果最好,每667㎡用150ml的卡蒙和2%阿维菌素乳油对稻纵卷叶螟的72h校正死亡率分别为86.2%和87.3%,10d的保叶效果分别为87.5%和87.2%,且对水稻生长安全,具有应用价值。 Field trials of abamectin and its mixtures were conducted to screen the insecticides with high efficiency, low toxicity, and low residue against Cnaphalocrocis medinalis in paddy in Nanchang. The results showed that 37% kameng EC (2%abamectin + 35% profenofos) and 2% abamectin EC had higher toxicities to the insects than other selected chemicals. The mortalities of 72h after treatment for 37% kameng EC and 2% abamectin EC against the larvae of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis with dosages of 150 ml/667 m^2 were 86.2% and 87.3%, respectively, and the efficiency of these two insecticides protecting rice leaves were 87.5% and 87.2%, respectively. These two pesticides showed no toxicity on development of rice leaves, and could be popularized for use.
