摘 要: 为了进一步提高八角茴香脑转化成茴香醛的产率,用分子蒸馏装置对八角茴香油进行了分离提纯,得到质量分数为93.73%的茴香脑和质量分数为91.05%的茴香醛。在微波条件下,以过氧乙酸为催化剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,V(乙醇)∶V(茴香脑)=5∶1,V(过氧化氢)∶V(茴香脑)=3∶1,采用正交实验法对影响茴香醛产率的主要因素进行了考察,并用气相色谱分离检测茴香醛产物。结果表明,以过氧乙酸为催化剂,微波功率120W,V(过氧乙酸)∶V(茴香脑)=0.6∶1,w(过氧化氢)=25%,反应时间10min的最佳条件下,茴香醛产率为90.12%。 In order to raise the yield of anisaldehyde produced from anethole, star anise oil was separated and purified with molecular distillation. The mass fraction of anethol was 93.73% and that of anisaldehyde was 91.05%. Under the microwave condition, peracetic acid was used as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. V(ethanol) : V(anethole) = 5:1, V( hydrogen peroxide) : V(anethole) = 3 :1. After the orthogonal test, the product of anisaldehyde was analyzed by the gas chromatography. Results indicate that the optimal conditions are as follows: peracetic acid as the catalyst, microwave irradiation power 120 W, V( peracetic acid) : V(anethole) = 0. 6:1, W ( hydrogen peroxide) = 25%, reaction time 10 min,and the yield of anisaldehyde 90. 12%.
