摘 要: 采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)和阳离子淀粉分别对烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)进行了改性研究。分别对改性剂用量、温度、Ph值和反应时间进行了实验,并通过纸张施胶的抗水性能检测和老化过程变化规律确定了较好的改性条件。对改性产物和未改性的AKD进行了红外光谱对照。结果表明,在用PVA对AKD进行改性后,AKD的内酯环特征峰衰退最明显,阳离子淀粉改性也有明显的衰退,二者均可以用于AKD的改性。 Modification of alkyl ketene dimmer (PVA) is studied by using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and cationic starch respectively in this paper. The dosage, temperature, Ph value and reaction time of the modification agent used are tested respectively. Better modification conditions are determined according to the water-resistant performance of paper sizing and the change law in the aging process. Comparison is made between the infrared spectra of the unmodified AKD and that of the modified product. The result shows that the characteristic peak of the altronic ring is attenuated most obviously after the AKD is modified by using PVA and that of the AKD modified by using cationic starch is also attenuated obviously. So, both PVA and cationic starch can be used for the modification of AKD.
