摘　　要： 在当今的高新技术领域,专利技术与技术标准的结合已成为必然的趋势。由此将导致标准领域里的专利技术及相关专有技术的垄断高价问题。对专利权的滥用,可以借鉴国外的先进反垄断经验进行规制,但对于专有技术的垄断高价却存在规制的困难。 Nowadays, in the field of high and new technology, the trend of combination of the patent technology and technologic standard has already been inevitable. So it will lead to the monopolistic high price of patent technology and related know-how in the aspect of standard. We can take advantage of the advanced experience to deal with the abuse of patent technology. But it will be very difficult to regulate the high price of know-how.
