摘 要: 文章介绍了PMAC运动控制卡数据读取的几种方式,分析了各自的优缺点。以六自由度喷涂机器人控制系统为例,在Microsoft Visual C#开发环境中设计了基于DPRAM技术的数据实时采集系统,对喷涂机器人的电机状态信息进行实时监控。程序运行结果表明,该采集系统具有良好的实时性和安全性,能满足喷涂机器人对电机状态信息实时监控的要求。 This paper introduced some methods of data acquisition on PMAC and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages. To monitor the motors status information of painting robot,the writer designed the real time data acquisition system based on DPRAM under the environment of Microsoft Visual C# , which experimented with control system of the six-DOF painting robot. The experiment showed that the data acquisition is real time and safety ,which can meet the requirement of real time monitoring of the motors status information.
