摘 要: 用PRV、SOM及NOS三标记方法研究了SOM和NOS样神经元在孤束核咽肌前运动神经元中的共存。将PRV注射于大鼠咽肌后,先进行PRV和SOM免疫荧光双标记,再进行NADPH司反应。结果在孤束核的中介亚核和中间亚核中观察到有少数细胞呈PRV、SOM和NOS三重标记。SOM和NOS在孤束核咽肌前运动神经元中共存的意义还不清楚,推测可能和咽肌运动的精细调节有关。 Colocalization of somatostatin (SOM) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the pharyngeal prernotor neurons of the nucleus of the solitary tract of the rat was investigated using the pseudorabies virus (PRV), SOM and NOS triple labeling method. After PRV was injected into the pharyngeal muscle of the rat, PRV and SOM d0uble fluorescence immunohistochemistry was processed at first, then the tissue sections were incubated with the NADPH-d hist0chemistry. The results showed that some PRV, SOM and NOS triple labeIing neurons were found in the interstitial subnucleus, intermediate subnucleus of the nucleus of so1itary tract. The significance of the coloca1ization of SOM and NOS in the pharyngeal premotor neurons of the nucleus of the solitary tract was unknown. It is suggested that the colocalization of SOM and NOS in the pharyngeal premotor neurons of the nucleus of the solitary tract may play a role in the coordination of the pharyngeal motility.
