摘　　要： 科技进步与经济发展脱节,即"两张皮"问题是长期制约我国产业向高级化方向发展的瓶颈之一。文章通过理论推导与实证分析,认为创新集群是科技、经济一体化发展的必然产物,它体现了科技、经济在产业层次的融合,是产业集群发展的高级阶段。创新集群能为我国建设创新型国家提供合理的路径选择,培育创新集群应成为创新型国家建设的重要内容。 Science and technological progress is divorced from economic development,which prevents China's industries from upgrading.Based on theoretic deduction and empirical analysis,the paper holds the idea that innovation clusters are the result of integration of science and technology with economy,and are the high stage of development of industrial clusters.Innovation clusters can become a reasonable choice of building innovation-oriented country in China and cultivating innovation clusters should be a main task in building innovation-orientedcountry.
