摘 要: β-防御素在黏膜上皮细胞广泛表达,在先天免疫系统中扮演重要角色。因具有独特的抗菌机制和广谱抗细菌、抗真菌、抗病毒活性。极难产生抗药性而日益受到人们的关注。就β-防御素的分子特征、生物学活性、抗菌机理、基因重组表达,目前科研中存在的问题及其应用前景做了综述,为临床医学提供参考。 β-defensins, which are wildly expressed by epithelial cells, take an important role in the innate immune system. Because of their broad-spectrum of antimicrobial activity and defense against positive and negative Gram's bacteria, epiphyte, protozoan and enveloped virus, in additional, β-defensins have distinctive antibacterial mechanism, and hardly no-endurance to drug, so the research on β-defensins has become a hot spot in the world. This study gave the β-defensins a brief description about its molecular structure, bioactivity, functionary mechanism and recombinant gene expression, and put forward some problems in the current research and application.
