摘 要: 以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫为基体,以竹炭粉为吸附填料,采用手工发泡法制备了不同竹炭含量的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫复合材料。制备的复合材料既有聚乙烯醇缩甲醛相对密度小、比强度高的优良特性,又具有较强的吸附性能,可作污水处理系统中新型高效微生物载体。并探讨了硫酸用量、甲醛用量、竹炭用量、恒温水浴温度等对产品的影响。 Polyvinyl formal composites with different content of bamboo charcoal were prepared by foaming method using polyvinyl formal foam as a base and bamboo charcoal as absorbing filling material. The composite prepared had the superior properties of polyvinyl formal such as specific gravity and specific strength, and high adsorption property. It could be used as novel effective support for microorganism in the sewage disposal system. The effects of amount of suphric acid , formaldehyde, bamboo charcoal, and the constant temperature of water bath on the product were examined.
