摘　　要： 研究了以２－甲氧基萘为原料，经乙酰基化、Ｂｕｃｈｅｒｅｒ－Ｂｅｒｇｓ反应、Ｎ－甲基化和催化氢解等反应制得外消旋体萘普生１。通过１ＨＮＭＲ、１３ＣＮＭＲ、ＩＲ和元素分析确证了中间体和产物的结构。 DLnaproxen 1 was synthesized from 2methoxynaphthalene through acetylation,BuchererBergs reaction,Nmethylation and catalytic hydrogenolysis.The structure of intermediate and product were identified by 1H　NMR,13C　NMR,IR　and elemental analysis.
