摘 要: 以四丁基溴化铵(TBABr)+四乙基氢氧化铵(TEAOH,n(TBA+)/n(TEA+)=1)或以四丙基溴化铵(TPABr)+TEAOH为模板剂,钛酸四丁酯和正硅酸乙酯为原料,于170℃水热合成出TS1分子筛.对合成的TS1样品进行了XRD,FTIR,SEM和BET比表面积分析,证实了样品中钛已进入Silicalite1骨架.选择戊烷氧化为探针反应,考察了TS1的催化活性.结果表明以TEAOH为碱,合成的样品晶粒较大,达到4~10μm,用氨水和TEAOH调节反应液的碱度,对晶体的生长和形貌的影响各不相同.文中还就TEAOH引入的作用进行了讨论. TS1 has been synthesized successfully at 170℃ using tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source, tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source, and the mixture of tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide (TEAOH) and tetrabutyl ammonium bromide (or tetrapropyl ammonium bromide) as a templating reagent. XRD, IR and SEM were employed to characterize the synthesized samples. The surface area of samples was measured by BET. The results indicated that the Ti~4+ entered the framework of Silicalite1. The results of SEM also showed that the crystal size of TS1 synthesized with the mixed system was more irregular and larger than that with tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide (TPAOH). The presence of NH_4OH and TEAOH in the synthesis gel would affect the growth and topology of zeolite crystal in a different degree. As a probe reaction, the oxidation of pentane catalyzed by TS1 synthesized was also performed. Furthermore, the function of TEAOH in preparing TS1 zeolite process was discussed.
