摘　　要： 应用经过改进的自由基烷基化新方法,合成了一系列的具有长侧链结构的苯醌类化合物。研究了这类化合物形成LB膜的性能和规律。讨论了醌类化合物的成膜性能与生物活性之间的关系。 A modified method of free radical alkylation has been using for synthesizing of quinone derivatives with an alkyl side chain variation. Monolayer and mutilayer of LB films of quinone derivatives were prepared and characterized. The relationship of biological activity and LB film character of quinine derivatives was also discussed.
