摘 要: 在建立应力场理论计算模型基础上,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS和数学工具MAT-LAB分别对高炉铸钢冷却壁和铜铸钢复合冷却壁应力场进行计算机模拟。结果表明,铜铸钢复合冷却壁的热面最大应力低于铸钢冷却壁,同时综合性能也优于铸钢冷却壁。 On the basis of a theoretical model of stress field, the stress field of steel and copper-steel cooling stave blast furnace were simulated respectively using finite element analysis software ANSYS and mathematics tool MATLAB. The results show that the maximum stress heat of the latter lower than that of the former, moreover comprehensive performance is better than that of the former.
