摘　　要： 自2005年7月我国启动汇率体制改革以来，人民币升值速度迅猛，势如破竹。本文将在分析珠三角制造业结构现状的基础上，试图阐述人民币升值对珠三角制造业结构带来的影响，进而对珠三角制造业的结构升级提出若干建议。 Since the reform of exchange rate began in 2005, the appreciation of RMB has been on the way. The paper, based on analysis of the current situation of the manufacturing industry structure in the Pearl River Delta （ PRD ）, intends to explore the influence of the RMB＇s appreciation on the right industry so as to put forward some proposals on the upgrading of this industrial structure.
