摘　　要： 广东白云学院实行的“2＋1”人才培养模式，取得了良好的教学效果和社会影响，突出了办学有特色、专业有特点、人才有特长，符合国家对高职高专教育工作提出的任务和发展要求。使得会计手工实训在实践教学环节占有重要地位。本文对其在教学过程中所体现的作用以及存在的问题提出分析与建议。 Guangdong Baiyun University, ＂the pursuit of excellence, and be pioneers,＂ ＂2 ＋ 1＂ model of personal training, achieved good teaching results and social impact, highlights the unique educational, professional.
