摘　　要： 参考文献方法，设计以琥珀酸甲酯甲酰氯为原料，经１０步反应合成了Ｓ（１苯基５四唑）Ｎ［（甲氧琥珀酰基）Ｌ丙氨酰Ｌ（Ｎ苄氧羰基赖氨酸）Ｌ脯氯酰甲基］Ｎ异丙基硫代氨基甲酸酯（ＰＣ５），对部分合成方法与反应条件进行了优化与改进。缩短了两步反应，ＰＣ５总收率由２２％提高到７１％。 The article reports the synthesis of S1phenyl5tetrazolylN[(methoxysuccinyl)LalanylNCbzlysylLprolymethyl]Nisopropylthiocarbamate from methylsuccinylchloride through 10 steps The reaction procedure and condition were optimized, the total yield was improved from 2.2% to 7.1%.
