摘　　要： 随着高等教育大众化时代的推进,高校贫困生问题更加突显。如何扶助贫困大学生、为其搭建成长平台,成为新时期高校的一项重要任务,这不仅关系到贫困生能否健康成长、能否顺利完成学业,还直接关系到党的全面育人方针的实现。从贫困资助体系存在的不足,探讨了如何构建新型资助体系,为贫困学生切实"解贫"。 With the development and promotion of higher education＇s popularization, the issues of impoverished students seems projective, How to subsidize the vulnerable group and establish development platform has been a significant task for colleges in the new era, which not only concerning students＇ sound development and accomplish scholarship, but the realization of the Party＇s educational target as well. The essay explored how to construct newly subsidizing system via the inadequacy existed in the impoverishment subsidizing system.
