摘 要: 对适用于光通信系统中前向纠错(FEC)码型的构造原则、应用选择及纠错性能等方面进行了理论分析,提出了光通信系统中FEC码型的主要构造原则。对光通信系统中带内FEC码型与带外FEC码型的纠错性能进行了仿真分析与比较分析。分析表明,带内FEC码型与带外FEC码型的纠错性能都有限,因而有必要研究具有更强纠错性能的超强FEC码型,以便适应光通信系统日益发展的要求。 The construction principle,application selection and error-correction performance of the forward error correction (FEC) code types to be applicable for optical communication systems have theoretically been analyzed. The main construction principles of the FEC code type for optical communication systems are proposed. Both the simulation analyses and the comparative analyses of the error-correction performance for the in-band FEC code type and out-of-band FEC code type in optical communication systems are performed. The analyses show that the errorcorrection performances of the in-band FEC code type and out-of-band FEC code type are relatively lower, so it is necessary to study the super forward error correction (super-FEC) code type with the better error-correction performance in order to meet the requirements of the increasing development for optical communication systems.
