煤炭自燃预报模型校正的理论与方法

摘  要: 首次提出煤炭自燃预报模型的校正理论与方法.标志气体初始出现的煤温称为标志煤温,二者的对应关系是建立校正方法的基础.根据三点定曲线的原理,校正预报模型涉及的标志气体不应少于3种,标志煤温在<100℃、100~200℃和300℃左右都应有分布.一段式预报模型的校正,主要是检验与修正各个标志煤温点参数的符合性;分段式预报模型的校正,通常需要用插入中间点的方式改善预报曲线的形态.校正参数取自现场气样分析结果,校正过程综合考虑了自燃地点、漏风等因素的影响,校正后的预报模型可最大限度地减小预报误差.实例详细地介绍了校正方法的应用情况. The correction theory and method of the coal spontaneous combustion forecasting model is first proposed. The correspondence relations of indicated gas and signs temperature are the base for establishing corrective method. Based on the principle , i. e. three points decide curve, the involving indicated gas should not be fewer than 3 kinds in model correcting and the signs coal temperature should be distributed over 〈 100 ℃, 100-200℃ and 300℃. The correction of a section style of model is mainly to examine and correct the accordance of parameter at every signs coal temperature, and the sections style of model need generally to improve the form of forecast curve that uses the way of the point among insertion. The parameter of correction takes the gas analysis result from the scene, and the process of correction comprehensive considers the influence of the locale of coal spontaneous combustion and the ventilation leakage. The corrected forecast model can reduce the forecast error to a minimum. The example has introduced the application condition of the method of correction.
