摘 要: 以广州本地红色切花月季-红衣主教为试材,分别采用不同含量的甘油和蔗糖溶液浸泡后硅胶干燥,对鲜花干制过程中的保色保形问题进行了研究.结果表明,以甘油或蔗糖溶液为液相替代剂,花材经其浸泡后干燥,花形与花色得到了较好保护;其中甘油溶液的保色保形效果优于蔗糖溶液,并以体积分数25%的甘油溶液浸泡3 h后干燥处理的保色保形效果最理想. The stability of color and shape in drying cut rose was studied. The results showed that the color and shape of the rose could kept well, which were immersed in alternative organic liquid agent ( different concentration glycerin solution and sucrose solution) before drying treatment. Effects of glycerin solution was better than sucrose solution in keeping color and shape. Amony all the treatments, immersed in 25% glycerin solution for 3 hours before drying in silica gel was the best way in keeping color and shape.
