摘　　要： The crystal of 2D cadmium polymer [Cd(bix)2Cl2]n [bix=1,4-bis(imidazole-1-ylmethyl)-benzene] was obtained in DMF.Its crystal belongs to monoclinic system,space group P21/n,with a=0.779 83(3) nm,b=1.282 74(6) nm,c=1.441 90(6) nm,β=105.642 0(10)°,V=1.388 94(10) nm3,Dc=1.578 g·cm-3,F(000)=668,Z=4,μ(Mo Kα)=1.013 mm-1,and R1 =0.023 8,wR2 =0.055 4.It possesses a two-dimensional grid-type structure,the Cd(Ⅱ) center is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from four bix ligands and two Cl atoms to furnish a slightly distorted octahedral geometry.The fluorescence spectra in DMF of the complex and bix ligand were studied.
