摘 要: 研究了不同林龄、不同质量浓度的侧柏(Platycladusorientalis)落叶浸提液对自身种子萌芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:低质量浓度的侧柏落叶浸提液对自身种子发芽和幼苗生长有促进作用,而高质量浓度的有抑制作用,并随质量浓度增大抑制作用逐渐增强,但50年生的侧柏落叶浸提液在质量浓度小于0.01g.mL-1时,随着质量浓度的增大逐渐减弱;当大于0.01g.mL-1时,才随质量浓度的增大而逐渐增强。11年生的侧柏落叶浸提液化感作用较弱,质量浓度大于0.2g.mL-1时才能明显地抑制自身种子萌芽和幼苗生长,而103年生的在质量浓度为0.01g.mL-1时就有显著的抑制作用,50年生的在质量浓度大于0.05g.mL-1时存在显著的抑制作用。质量浓度为0.05g.mL-1时,不同林龄的侧柏落叶浸提液的抑制作用随着林龄的增大而逐渐增强。 An experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of aqueous extract of fallen foliage from different ages of Platycladus orientalis trees on seed germination and seedling growth. Results showed that the aqueous extract promoted the seed germination and seedling growth of P. orientalis at low concentrations and had inhibition effect at high concentrations, and the inhibition effect was enhanced with increasing concentration. But the inhibition effect of aqueous extract of fallen foliages from 50-year-old P. orientalis trees gradually decreased when the concentration was less than 0.01 g·mL^-1, and gradually increased when the concentration was more than 0.01. The allelopathic effect of the aqueous extract of fallen foliages from eleven-year-old P. orientalis trees was unobvious, and significant inhibition effects on seed germination and seedling growth were found only when the concentration was more than 0.2 g·mL^-1. Obvious inhibition effect of the aqueous extract of fallen foliages from 103-year-old P. orientalis trees was observed when the concentration was 0.01 g·mL^-1, and the inhibition effect of 50-year-old P. orientalis trees was significant when the concentration was higher than 0.05 g·mL^-1. The inhibition effects of the aqueous extracts of fallen foliages from different ages of P. orientalis trees were enhanced when the concentration was 0.05 g ·mL^-1.
