摘 要: 麦麸膳食纤维对重金属离子Hg2+、Cd2+、Pb2+和CU2+都具有一定的束缚作用,中性条件下比酸性(pH2)条件下束缚更为强烈。麦麸水不溶性和水溶性膳食纤维的阳离子交换容量分别为0.41和0.46meg/g,对重金属离子的束缚是化学吸附和物理吸附的综合结果。 Water-insoluble dietary fiber(WIDF) has higher binding capacity for mecury, cadium,lead and copper than water-soluble dietary fiber(WSDF) from wheat bran, with the capacity 35.0-37.8μmol/g vs 19. 8-23. 1μmol/g under pH2 and 184. 5-214.5μmol/g vs 138. 3- 164. 6μmol/g under pH7. The bound heavy metals can be released by the microrganisms in colon and more heavy metals will be released from WSDF because it is more completely fermented than WIDF.The cation exchange capacities are 0.41 and 0.46meg/g for WIDF and WSDF respectively,and it bids hesvy metals through chemical and physical adsorption.
