摘 要: 介绍了立体定向手术技术的发展历程,解释了立体定向仪的原理和多模态图像融合技术,描述了立体定向手术计划系统的过程及其在临床上的应用与评价,并引入了脑图谱,脑磁图,纤维束跟踪以及干细胞移植等当前应用的重要技术及其新进展,最后提出了目前还存在的一些问题以及改进方向。 his paper at first introduces the course of development of stereotactic surgery technology. Then it explains the principle of stereotactic and multi - modal image fusion technology. Meanwhile, it describes the working process of stereotactic surgery system and its clinical application. Afterwards it inducts current application of some important technology and their new progress including brain atlas, magnetoencephalography, fiber tracking, and stem cell transplantation. At last,the paper points out that there are some problems existing and the aspects of improvement.
