摘　　要： 非正常情况的处理是铁道部员工培训的三大重点之一,相对方向同时接车和同方向同时发接列车是接发列车工作中比较特殊的一种。从一事故案例的分析,引发出对《技规》第260条规定的相对方向同时接车和同方向同时发接列车的深刻理解,并进一步扩展到该条文的实际灵活运用。 How to deal with the unusual situation is one of the three key projects in the staff training in Ministry of Railways. In the oppsite direction, simultaneously meeting trains in the same direction or simultaneously sending the trains in the same direction is a quite special kind of training.In order to understand this which is the 260th stipulation in ＂Technique Gauge＂,this article initiates from an accident case and further expands the stipulation in reality nimble practice.
