摘 要: 本文通过教学实践中对训练负荷强度和训练效果的分析时比,借助运动训练学和运动生理学基础理论的指导,力图探索体能教学的最佳训练效果。 The thesis contrast and analyze the training intensity and training effect in teaching practice,using the basic principle of kinematics and exercisephysiology as guidance, try to find out the optimaltraining effect in physical training.
