摘 要: 阐述了共结晶工艺过程原理,提出了共结晶产品研制的工艺流程及对不同添加配料确定主要工艺参数的方法。结果表明,共结晶技术夹带食品、医药配料是可行的,共结晶产品含有原有投料的所有固形物。 The author states the principle of cocrystallization,and shows the processing of cocrystallization and the methodes of deciding the major parameter according to different ingredient.Results is stated it is available that food & medicine ingredients are entraped through cocrystallization.The products contain all the solid-state matter of the raw and processed materials.
