摘　　要： 改革开放以来，中国政府十分重视林业建设，制定了一系列适应中国国情、林情的林业建设政策。根据政策侧重点的不同和政策出台的社会背景，改革开放以来我国的林业建设划分为四个阶段：林业建设恢复发展阶段、林业建设深化发展阶段、林业建设可持续发展阶段、林业建设全面发展阶段。通过对我国林业建设政策演变规律进行探析，展望我国林业建设政策发展趋势，即继续以六大工程建设为主体、继续加强湿地保护与恢复、继续推进林权制度改革、积极发展碳汇林业、积极发展林木生物质能源、积极建设生态文化体系等。 Since reform and opening up policy, China＇s government attaches great importance to forestry construction, constitutes a series of forestry construction policy of adapting Chinese conditions and forest conditions. According to different policy focus and social background, forestry construction is divided into four stages since reform and opening up in China： the renewing stage of forestry construction, the deepening stage of forestry construction, the sustainable stage of forestry construction, the all-round stage of forestry construction. Through discussing the evolvement rules of forestry construction policy, its trends such as that continue six major construction projects as the main body, to continue to strengthen wetland protection and restoration, were expected in China.
