摘 要: 在20至21世纪之交,综观美、日、英、德、法、澳等主要发达国家与"金砖四国"(BRICs)的中国、俄罗斯、印度、巴西和"亚洲四小龙"(Asia,four little dragons)的韩国、新加坡、中国的香港、台湾地区以及南非、尼日利亚等发展中国家的改革和发展,国际教师教育改革呈现出如下特征和趋势:一是政府十分重视教师和教师教育,二是大力加强教师教育法制建设,三是积极推进教师教育体系开放,四是着力提高教师教育层次水平,五是充分重视教师教育质量,六是系统开展教师职后继续教育,七是不断强化教学实习实践环节,八是紧密联系基础教育教学实际,以切实提高教师教育质量,促进教师专业发展。 At the turn of the 20th and 21st century, reform and development have been conducted in such developed countries as the USA, Japan, Britain, Germany, France, and Australia, in the developing countries as the BRICs of China, Russia, India, Brazil and the "four Asian dragons" of Korea, Singapore, China' s Hong Kong and Taiwan regions as well as South Africa, Nigeria. The following features and treads in international teacher education were produced: 1. great importance were attached to teacher and teacher education by the respective governments; 2. legal system for teacher education vigorously strengthened; 3. opening of teacher education system actively promoted; 4. levels of teacher education strikingly improved; 5. quality of teacher education fully considered; 6. In-service teacher education systematically developed; 7. teaching practice continuously enhanced; and lastly basic education has been being closely concerned for an improved quality of teacher education and professionalization of teachers.
