摘　　要： 党的三代中央领导集体的国际战略思想历经均势思维、独立自主与合作共赢三个阶段,从结盟到不结盟,从倡导和平到缔建和平,始终积极进取,有所作为。立意于和平与发展的时代主题,理性测度国际格局的变动趋势与国家实力的增量需求,全面比较党的三代中央领导集体国际战略思想,对于新时期中国倡导和谐世界理念,继续奉行和平发展外交,都具有十分重要的意义。 The thoughts of international strategy of the three generation central leading groups experience three phases： from the balance thoughts, independence to cooperation and winwin strategy. From forming an alliance to nonaligned strategy, from initiating peace to constructing peace, China has being accomphshed positively and better. On the basis of peace and development, and the reasonable estimate of the change of international pattern and increasing demand for the state strength, it＇ s very important to fully compare the thoughts of international strategy of the three generation central leading groups for building harmonious world initiated by China and China＇ s foreign policy of peace and development.
