摘 要: 空间可展索网式天线在展开状态下要求网面受预张力作用处于平衡状态,张力的配置直接影响天线反射器的刚度和精度。本文针对空间可展开天线抛物面索网预张力合理配置问题,建立了基于索网结构平衡矩阵奇异值分解的多目标优化设计数学模型,将预张力向量表示为平衡矩阵的零空间正交基向量的线性组合形式,采用遗传算法优化寻找最佳预张力向量。通过对三向网格索网式环形桁架可展开天线的预张力进行优化计算,得出了一种预张力优化配置方案,与单目标优化设计模型结果相比,优化指标改善了24.7%。基于非线性有限元方法对算例分析结果进行了验证,证实了预张力最优配置方案的正确性。 It is requried that the astromesh deployable reflector in deployment must be in balance with the effection of the pretension. The distribution of pretension may influence the stiffness and precision of the reflector directly. The optimization mathematical model which is a multi-objective model, is based on the method of singular value decomposition of the cable net's balance matrix. A new method based on genetic algorithms was proposed to optimize the distribution of the pretension of a parabolic cable net. A design example of tri-directional cable net of an astromesh deployable reflector was analyzed by this method. The result is an improvement of 24.7% in performance compared with the result of the single-ojective model. The analysis result is verified by the non-linear finite element method finally.
