摘 要: 精密级进模是现代高水平冲压模具的代表,广泛应用于电子信息类产品冲压制件的生产制造中.针对精密级进模装配设计中图形元素不易管理和零部件相关图形关联修改困难的问题,通过建立基于关联设计技术的装配模型,实现了模具零部件图形的横向和纵向关联.在此基础上,建立了级进模装配图形特征结构模型,实现了图形信息的统一表示和管理. Precision progressive die, which is one representative of modern advanced stamping dies, is widely used in the process of stampings in the electron-information products. For the problems that the graphic elements are too complicated to manage and the related figures of die parts are difficult to modify in the assembly design, an assembly model based on association design technology is established so as to achieve the horizontal and vertical associations of the part figures. Then an assembly-graphics feature structure model is proposed to implement the unified presentation and management of the graphic information.
