固体聚合硫酸铁制备及其处理选矿废水的研究

摘  要: 采用钛白生产中的副产品绿矾(FeSO4.7H2O)为原料,在一定的温度下经氧化剂氧化,再加入硫酸和一定量的催化剂经水解聚合、静置熟化制备固体聚合硫酸铁。通过单因素实验研究确定了硫铁比、反应温度,氧化时间这三个因素的取值范围,进而用混合均匀实验,确定了制备固体聚合硫酸铁的最佳工艺条件。产品盐基度为13.38%,对浊度大于2000 NTU的选矿废水的除浊率达99.50%. The copperas, a raw material, was oxidized by the oxidant under certain temperature, and then the sulfuric acid and the catalyst were added to the mixture. After the hydrolisis poly- merization curing, the polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS) was prepared. Based on the single factor experiments which were designed for the optimization of the reaction temperature, the oxidition time,and the ratio of sulfate and iron,the optimized technological condition for the preparation of the solid PFS was determined through the mix uniform design experiments. The basicity of the product was 13.18 % and the remocal rate of turbidity of one dressing waste water(in which the turbidity was more than 2000 NTU) reached 99.05 %.
