摘 要: 研究不同含量的纳米Al2O3对氧化铝陶瓷力学性能的影响;利用SEM观察材料的微观组织结构。实验结果表明:氧化铝陶瓷的相对密度、抗弯强度和断裂韧性随着纳米Al2O3粉含量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势。当纳米Al2O3粉的质量分数为30%,烧结温度为1450℃时,氧化铝陶瓷微观组织细化均匀,氧化铝陶瓷的相对密度达到96.98%,抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别达到了412.61 MPa和3.96 MPa.m1/2。 The effects of nano - Al2O3 powder additive on the mechanical properties of alumina ceramics were investigated. The resuhs showed that the relative density, flexure strength and fracture toughness of alumina ceramics increased first and then decreased with the increase of nano - Al2O3 addition. When 30 % nano - Al2O3 powder were added and the sintering temperature was 1 450℃, the microstructure was homogeneous, and the relative density, flexure strength and fracture toughness reached 96.98 % ,412.61 MPa and 3.96 MPa·m^1/2, respectively.
