摘 要: 研究了脱墨浆DCS对机械浆中胶体树脂沉积行为的影响。研究结果表明,DCS中的无机溶解性组分是引起胶体发生沉积的关键因素,树脂中甘油三酯通过破坏静电稳定性引起聚集和沉积,脂肪酸通过反应形成黏性不溶性皂而加剧沉积。在较低温度时,脱墨浆DCS对脂肪酸和甘油三酯的沉积行为影响显著。脂肪酸是与脱墨浆DCS中金属离子形成黏性不溶性皂的主要酸性组分,树脂酸在低温时几乎不形成皂,高温时有不溶性皂产生但沉积性较低。pH值是影响树脂在脱墨浆DCS存在时沉积的关键因素,在低pH值时胶体树脂沉积程度较低,而在中碱性pH值时,沉积量显著增加。 In the dissolved and colloidal substance of DIP, the dissolved substance is the major component; the colloidal substance is the minority. The inorganic composition of DCS in DIP is the key factor resulting in deposition of wood pitch, in which the triglyceride composition is agglomerated and deposited due to the destruction of electrostatic stability, however the fatty acid composition is deposited due to the formation of insoluble soap. At lower temperature, DCS has obvious effect on the deposit of triglyceride and fatty acid compositions, but little on resin acid composition; at higher temperature, the deposition of resin acid composition is increased, but not too much. Fatty acid compositon is the primary acid component that can react with metal ions in DCS to form sticky insoluble soap; while resin acid does not form soap with metal ions at lower temperature and does form insoluble soap with less sticky at higher temperature, pH value is the key factor influencing the deposit of pitch with the presence of DCS in DIP, there is little deposit at lower pH however the deposit increases obviously with the increase of pH (over neutral pH).
