摘　　要： 在由农业文明向工业文明转变的近代化的进程中,能否正确处理官与商的关系,在很大程度上决定着近代化的方向和成败。本文以开平煤矿前后期的发展状况为透视点,揭示了官督商办经营管理体制的历史发展轨迹。 In the course of modernization which agricultural civilization transform to the industry civiliza- tion , the governmental -commercial relationship is a decisive factor that determines the direction and success of the modernization progress . This paper is to argue for the condition of caiping mines developing in early and later days , reveals the historical development trail the mode of management of the gov- ernment and merchant union.
