摘 要: 印刷线路板生产废水由于水量大、水质复杂导致在实际工程中出现处理难度大、处理成本高的困难,是限制电子工业元器件发展的主要因素之一。在分析印刷线路板废水水质特点和处理工艺的基础上,针对生物系统的高效有机物质去除能力及特定微生物对铜离子的耐受性和吸附固定能力,通过对文献和工程案例的分析,提出在水质分类的基础上,物理-化学-生物组合工艺的应用对于提高废水处理效率、降低成本和促进水的循环利用等方面具有广阔的应用价值和前景。 Printed circuit board wastewater treatment is one of the problems restricted the development of electronic industry, due to its large quantity and complex quality and high technique and cost in the practical engineering. Based on the water quality and conventional treatment processes, according to the remarkable ability of biosystem in organism removal and the special capabitlities for some microorganism in copper-tolerance and adsorption capacity, by analyzing literatures and engineering cases, it was concluded that physical-chemical-biological combined process would have wide application value and prospect on treatment efficiency improvment, cost reduction, water recycling and so on.
