摘　　要： 对经济系统给出了一个递归性的定义，并确定了经济系统的六个基本特征：１．稀缺性；２．自利性和整体协调性；３．自组织性和它组织性；４．非线性性和动态性；５．广义成本最小；６．全息性、层次性和本征时空。这种定义和基本特征的归纳，有利于用系统范式研究经济问题。 This paper gives a definition of recursion to an economic system and then defines six basic characteristics of the economic system:(1)Scarcity; (2)Selfishness and synergism of the whole;(3)Self organizing and organized property;(4)Nonliner and dynamic property ;(5)Generalized cost to be least;(6)Holoinformation property. Such definition of the economic system and its basic characteristics are useful to the research of economy with the systematic paradigm.
