摘　　要： 分析了当前建设监理工作中的现状以及面临的问题,分析其成因,提出了几点改进建议,总结出提高安全监理效能的对策;最后指出政府应该加强施工单位的安全监督管理力度,杜绝安全事故的发生。 There are a lot of questions and deficiencies in the safe supervisory work. According tO current situation and problem, this paper analyses its cause, proposes some advises to improve the development of the supervisory work in our country and puts forward countermeasures for the supervisory work. It is suggested that the government should intensify the security management of construction and put an end to safety accidents.
