摘 要: 从膜的污染与再生角度出发,初步讨论了温度和压力对膜污染和再生的影响。通过试验表明,提高温度有利于减缓膜污染的速度,最适温度为60℃;提高膜表面流速同时减小膜压力,有利于减缓膜污染。而采用1%NaOH和0.05%EDTA混合溶液清洗膜30 min后,再以0.5%HNO3溶液清洗5 min,膜通量可迅速恢复。 From the membrane pollution and regeneration, the influence of temperature and pressure on the membrane pollution and regeneration are discussed. It shows that raising the temperature is favorable to slow down the speed of polluting, the optimum temperature is 60 ℃ ;increase the membrane surface flow rate with reducing the membrane pressure will favors alleviate membrane fouling. It takes 30 minutes to clean membrane by mixed solution composed of 1% NaOH and 0.05% EDTA,whereafter,0.5% HNO3 is used to clean membrane for 5 minutes. Results indicate that membrane flux could be recovered rapidly.
