摘 要: 选取脂肪酶L3126,通过系列试验优化聚乳酸纤维酶改性处理工艺条件,研究脂肪酶处理不同时间后的紫外吸光度值以及处理后纤维的染色性能,对聚乳酸纤维的生物酶改性进行探讨。试验结果表明,脂肪酶L3126处理聚乳酸纤维的最佳工艺条件为:酶质量浓度0.5 g/L,时间8 h,pH值8.5,温度45℃;紫外分光光度法分析初步表明聚乳酸纤维经脂肪酶水解产生了乳酸类物质;脂肪酶处理后纤维用活性黑S-EO、活性蓝HN-GR和阳离子翠蓝X-GB染色的K/S值明显高于未处理试样。 Lipase L3126 was chosen to modify the surface of polylactic acid fibers in terms of the measurement of weight loss percentage. Through the series experiments, technical conditions were optimized and the factors of enzyme deweighting were discussed. The results showed that the optimal conditions for lipase L3126 were determined: enzyme concentration 0.5 g/L, pH 8.5, treating at 45 ℃ for 8 hours. It indicated elementarily that the hydrolysis could produce lactic acid substance by using UV analysis. After dyeing with reactive black S-EO, reactive blue HN-GR and basic blue X-GB, K/S values of the treated fibers was higher than untreated fibers obviously.
