打破柿树种子休眠和促进发芽的方法

摘  要: 探讨运用不同的处理方法,如低温层积、去种皮、不同温度以及不同浓度的植物生长调节剂GA3溶液等对柿种子的发芽率和发芽势的影响。结果表明去种皮能极显著地促进柿种子的萌发,低温层积处理也有利于柿种子的萌发;运用植物生长调节剂GA3可明显提高柿种子的发芽率和发芽势,500mg/L的GA3处理效果最好,也可使柿种子发芽时间提早;柿种子用5℃和40℃的蒸馏水浸种时发芽率和发芽势显著提高,其中40℃效果最好。通过这些研究,有利于掌握解除柿种子休眠的方法,提高柿子育苗效率,增加经济效益。 The effects of various methods including low temperature stratification, testa removal, temperature variation and concentrations of a plant growth regulator ( GA3 ) on the germination rate and vigor of persimmon seeds were studied in this paper. The results showed that testa removal markedly improved the germination process and low temperature stratification also helped the germination of persimmon seeds, the GA3 of 500 mg/L could increase the germination rate and vigor of markedly and make the germination process earlier. It was found the germination rate and vigor were significantly increased by the treatment of 40℃ and 5℃ water, especially at 40℃ water. This research would helps for the seedling raise and increasing economic benefit.
