Whether and how plant invasion affecting on soil biological community has been greatly concerned recently. The effects of invasive species Solidago candens/s L. on local arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were examined in this study. Due to S. candens/s invasion the local plant composition was changed greatly. S. candens/s invasion reduced mycorrhizal fungal colonization rate of native plants K. striata and L. perenne. Compared to in the no invasion plant community, mycorrhizal fungi species in roots of the native plant K. striata in the S. candens/s dominated community was changed. Mycorrhizal fungal spore density in soil was reduced due to the invasion. Dominant mycorrhizal fungal species in no invasion site were Glomus mosseae and Glomus etunicatum, but in S. candensis dominated site were Glomus geosperum and G. etunicatum.
