摘 要: 职业技术院校骨干教师的流失有时给职业技术院校的打击是残酷的,越来越多的研究者发现,组织承诺是职业技术院校人力资源管理措施制定的基础和根源,它不仅可以很好的解释职业技术院校组织中许多变量之间的关系。而且可以很好地预测工作绩效、旷工、怠工、离职倾向、留职意愿等多个人力资源管理者所关心的问题,笔者正是立足于当前组织承诺理论研究的成果,提出了职业技术院校骨干教师管理三个对策。 The professional technical colleges and universities backbone teacher's outflow sometimes gives the professional technical colleges and universities the attack is brutal, more and more many researchers discovered,the organization pledge is the professional technical colleges and universities human resources management measure formulation foundation and the root, not only it may in the very good explanation professional technology colleges and universities organization between many variable relations, moreover may forecast well the work achievements, are absent from work without an excuse, slow down, leave job the tendency, leave in office the wish and so on many individual transport charges source superintendent issue of concern, the author are precisely base in the current organization pledged the fundamental research achievement,proposed the professional technical colleges and universities backbone teacher manages three countermeasures.
