摘 要: [目的]进一步试验IAA和NAA分别与顶向传导的杀菌剂三唑醇进行耦合的耦合物在大豆苗中的传导性。[方法]用耦合物药液对大豆苗进行喷雾处理,色谱法检测耦合物在大豆苗各部位的含量。[结果]NAA-三唑醇和三唑醇均不能向下传导至根部,而IAA-三唑醇却具有双向传导的特性。0.5 mmol/L IAA-三唑醇处理大豆苗叶片后12 h检测到根部含量为1.87μg/g(FW),高于此时茎中的含量0.68μg/g,但与同浓度的IAA混合施用时,根中IAA-三唑醇的含量减少到0.80μg/g。[结论]耦合物中IAA基团能引导耦合物向下传导。 [ Objective] The mobility of IAA-triadimenol and NAA-triadimenol in soybean seedlings was tested. [ Method] Soybean seedlings were sprayed with the solution of the conjugated compounds. Chromatography was used to detect the contents of IAA-triadimenol and NAA-triadimenol in different parts of soybean seedlings. [ Result] Both triadimenol and NAA-triadimenol could not transport basipetally. However, IAA-triademenol was ambimobile. When IAA-triadimenol was sprayed onto the leaves of soybean seedlings with the concentration of 0.5 mmol/L, 1.87 μg/g(fresh weight)IAA-triadimenol was detected in the root after 12 h,which was higher than that in the stem (0.68 μg/g). But when it was applied with the same concentration of IAA together, its content in the root decreased to 0.80 μg/g. [ Conclusion] IAA moiety of the conjugate could enhance the transport and accumulation of the fungicide towards the root via the IAA carriers.
