摘　　要： 面向国家自主创新的知识信息服务组织必须与社会发展模式、信息技术条件、信息资源环境等相适应。本文从国家创新发展的需求出发,分析了分布式协同构架下的服务支撑体系的分层构建,探讨了基于动态规划的服务支撑体系的实现。 The organization of knowledge information service oriented to national independent innovation must adapt to the social development pattern, the information technology condition, the information resource environment and so on. Beginning with the demand of the national innovation development, this paper analyzed hierarchical construction of service supporting system in the distributed and coordinated environment, probed into its realization based on the dynamic programming.
