摘　　要： 党的十六届六中全会提出以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神。当前,"80后"大学生的民族价值观和时代价值观存在着误区。高校思想政治教育应以传统文化教育为基础,以集体教育为途径,引导大学生民族精神和时代精神的健康发展。 The 6th Plenary session of The Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentioned ethos with patriotism as its core and zeitgeist with reform and innovation as its core. Currently, there is a puzzle towards national values and time values for the ＂post-1980＂ undergraduate. To guide the health development of undergraduate＇s ethos and zeitgeist, education on ideology and politic in institutions of higher learning should base on traditional and cultural education in manner of collective education.
