两种低氧模式对大鼠骨骼肌SDH和CCO的影响

摘  要: 目的:探讨"高住低练"和间歇性低氧训练对大鼠骨骼肌SDH和CCO的影响。方法:将8周龄SD雄性大鼠108只分为6组,常氧对照组(C)、常氧训练组(S)、间歇低氧对照组(I)、间歇低氧训练组(IS)、高住对照组(H)和高住低练组(HS),训练组每周训练3次,逐周递增负荷,共运动4周;实验结束时将每组大鼠均分为安静宰杀组、定量负荷运动后即刻和运动后3h宰杀组,分批宰杀取大鼠骨骼肌测定SDH和CCO活性。结果:安静状态的IS组和C组、S组、I组、H组大鼠骨骼肌中SDH和CCO均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),HS组和C组、S组、I组、H组的SDH均有差异(P<0.01),H组、HS组和C组的CCO有差异(P<0.01)。结论:两种低氧模式均可提高大鼠骨骼肌SDH和CCO活性,间歇性低氧训练对大鼠骨骼肌SDH和CCO活性提高优于高住低练。 Objective: This paper explores the influence of intermittent hypoxia training (IHT) and living high-training low (HiLo) on SDH and CCO in rat skeletal muscle. Method: 108 healthy male SD rats are divided into 6 groups, normoxic control group(Group C), normoxie training group(Group S), the intermittent hypoxia control group (Group I), the intermittent hypoxia training group (Group IS), living high control group (Group H ), living high-training low group(Group HS). Training group trains 3 times a week, incremental load training week by week, Time- training is 4 weeks. At the end of the experiment, rats in each group will be divided into quiet group slaughtered, immediately and 3h group slaughtered after quantitative load exercise. The activeness of SDH and CCO in the skeletal muscle is tested. Results: At static condition, the SDH and CCO of the rat skeletal muscle tissue in Group IS has the very significance difference (P〈 0. 01 ) with that of Group C, Group S, Group I, Group H ; The SDH of the rat skeletal muscle tissue in Group HS has the very significance difference (P〈 0. 01) with that of Group C, Group S, Group I , Group H. The CCO of the rat skeletal muscle tissue in Group HS and Group H has the significance difference (P 〈 0. 01 ) with that of Group C. Conclusion.. Two models of hypoxia can increase the activity of SDH and CCO in rat skeletal muscle, the influence of SDH and CCO in the rat skeleton muscular tissue is the intermittent hypoxia training (IHT) higher than living high-training low (HiLo).
