摘　　要： 调查目前我国健身房私教的职业现状和存在问题,对我国健身私教人才需求、社会体育专业本科教育对私教职业化建设的影响、社会体育专业培养健身私教人才的办学条件3方面进行分析。研究表明,目前我国商业健身房对健身私人教练员需求量大,接受社会体育专业本科教育是成为合格健身私教的有效途径,说明通过社会体育专业培养健身私教人才是可行的。 Through the survey of the present status of personal training professionals in gyms as well as the existing problems, the article examined the feasibility of training personal training professionals in social physical education from the following three aspects： the need of personal training professionals, the effect of four-year social physical college education on the professionalism of personal training professionals, and the requirements for running a school for training professionals in social physical education. Research shows that, at present, there is a great need for the personal training professionals in profit-making gyms in our country. Therefore, the article claims the effective way of becoming a qualified professional is to receive college education with the major of social physical education. So training personal training professionals trough social physical education is feasidle.
