摘 要: 对国内28份、国外30份超甜玉米品种在农艺性状、品质性状和SSR分子标记3个方面进行比较研究,结果表明:(1)国内、外超甜玉米品种在农艺性状方面存在一定差异,国外超甜玉米品种在株型、穗部性状等方面比国内的品种有优势;(2)国内、外超甜玉米品种在品质性状方面存在着极显著的差异,国外超甜玉米品种在甜度方面表现出明显优势;(3)国内、外超甜玉米品种在分子水平上存在着显著的遗传差异。 In this study, 28 varieties of super sweet corn from China and 30 varieties from overseas were evaluated for their genetic diversity in terms of agronomic characters, quality characters and SSR polymorphism. The results showed that: (1) The super sweet corn varieties between domestic and overseas were differences on agronomic characters. The overseas varieties were much better than the domestic varieties on plant height, ear height and yield etc. (2) There were great differences between domestic and overseas varieties on quality characters. The overseas varieties were much better than the domestic varieties on sweetness. (3) The great difference in genetic diversity was observed between two types of origin with SSR marker.
